Accommodations include a two room unit that has a shared bath and kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker with real Kona Coffee, and a small refrigerator, and a small stove. Feel free to cook your own meals or visit one of our local restaurants.
On the ground level, one room has a full size bed and the other room has two twin beds that can be converted into one bed upon request. For an additional charge guests may request a personal laptop for use in the rooms. 

 

 

Pricing:
$100.00 USD per night

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
We accept cash and travelers checks. A deposit of 50% of your total stay is required to confirm and guarantee your reservation and must be paid by cash, check, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, or Travelers Checks. To reserve your accommodations please send deposit to Sherri Higginbotham, 200 Kanoelehua Ave, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. Final payment is due upon arrival at check in.

Refund of your deposit, upon cancellation received prior to 30 days of your date of arrival, is subject to a $20 cancellation fee. 15-30 days prior to arrival date is subject to 20% of total deposit. Cancellations made within two weeks of your date of arrival are subject to rebooking. 

*Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure. (No-Shows are responsible for full amount of reservation.)  

*Please note that our cancellation policy may vary if you are booking for a special holiday or event. (i.e. Christmas, IronMan Triathlon, Volcano Run, Merry Monarch, etc.)
